An proprietor of an LPG cylinder distribution company from Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu district was arrested on Thursday for allegedly passing on details about the Indian Military’s motion to Pakistani handlers, police stated.
Sandeep Kumar (30), a resident of Narhar village in Jhunjhunu district, was arrested on expenses of espionage in a joint operation of the intelligence wing of Rajasthan police and navy intelligence.
He’s stated to have leaked strategic data and images associated to the Indian Military whereas delivering LPG cylinders in Military premises, the police stated.
The accused was lured for cash by Pakistani handlers to leak delicate data and images of Narhar military base. The accused was detained on September 12 for interrogation, DGP (Intelligence) Umesh Mishra stated in an announcement.
He stated the accused man’s Pakistani handlers had requested for delicate data in July. A case was registered towards the accused, who was then arrested on Thursday.
