The Jammu and Kashmir police has established a misery helpline for members of minorities residing in Kashmir within the wake of current spate of civilian killings within the Valley.

The establishing of the helpline comes days after 4 folks from the minority group, together with two academics, have been shot useless by militants in Srinagar Metropolis.
