A 22-year-old man has been arrested after a toddler discovered a loaded gun and shot his mom whereas she was on a Zoom name in August, the Florida State Lawyer’s Workplace mentioned Tuesday. Shamaya Lynn, 21, died from the gunshot wound.
Veondre Avery, Lynn’s boyfriend and the alleged proprietor of the gun, was charged with negligent manslaughter and unsafe storage of a firearm. He was taken to the Seminole County Jail with out incident, the lawyer’s workplace mentioned.
