Actor Siddharth Summoned In Defamation Case By Tamil Nadu Police

Chennai (Tamil Nadu):

The Chennai Police Commissioner on Thursday stated that actor Siddharth has been summoned over his defamation case towards badminton ace Saina Nehwal over PM Modi’s safety breach in Punjab.

“Actor Siddharth has been summoned (over his controversial tweet on badminton participant Saina Nehwal). We have truly acquired 2 complaints; one other one is on defamation in a authorized body, not a prison case. We solely want his assertion,” stated Chennai Police Commissioner Shankar Jiwal.

“As a result of COVID-19 pandemic, we’re interested by find out how to get the assertion. We’ve got summoned actor Siddharth”, confirmed the Chennai Police Commissioner.
