Police are trying to find a suspect after three officers have been shot in Houston on Thursday, the town’s police division tweeted. All three officers are in secure situation.
The suspect fled in a white Mercedes after the taking pictures, police stated. Authorities didn’t launch any extra particulars.
“Please pray for the officers and their households,” former Houston Police Chief Artwork Acevedo tweeted. “That is maddening and coronary heart breaking.”
The incident started at about 2:40 p.m. Thursday with a report of a disturbance involving a weapon, in accordance with the Related Press. A subsequent automotive chase ended when a suspect’s car crashed at an intersection in a residential neighborhood simply off Interstate 69 on the southeastern fringe of downtown Houston, the AP stated.
