21% Of Candidates In Phase 1 Polls In Manipur Have Criminal Cases: Report

Political events in Manipur appear to have promoted candidates with cash energy and prison backgrounds, in line with an evaluation by the Affiliation for Democratic Reforms or the ADR. The BJP has fielded essentially the most variety of candidatees with prison instances adopted by the JD(U).
